The service here is EXCELLENT! My experience with Ken was that he is very honest and informative. He took me back to my car and helped me see where my problem was coming from. He gave me his expert opinion on my options. The cost of services here is EXCELLENT, especially for getting to work with Ken. Ken thought ahead and saved me A LOT of money by performing a separate routine maintenance item that was going to be due in another year or so that requires a lot of labor to perform, but since he was already doing the labor for my current issue, he only charged me for parts
